The latest restaurant from the Carbone Crew (Rich Torrisi, Mario Carbone, and Jeff Zalaznick) is gearing up to open underneath the High Line this Monday. As is the Torrisi tradition, the insanely hyped seafood restaurant will serve a menu that is based around, but not beholden to Italian culinary tradition. The patron saint of hip NY restaurants, Kate Krader, visited last night and seems to "already love" the new restaurant.

According to a signage on the exterior of the restaurant, it will be open Monday through Saturday, from 5:00 p.m. to midnight.
