New Orleans Pork Mecca Cochon to Pop Up at Ssäm Bar

Momofuku Ssäm Bar is currently planning another edition of its late night dinner series, this time with New Orleans' acclaimed pork-centric restaurant Cochon. Like the past meals with Philly's Zahav and Chicago's The Publican, expect this one to take place in the wee hours of 11 p.m. or later. The meal itself is on October 7, and the exact price of the multi-course meal will remain a mystery until tickets go on sale on September 16. Those past meals also sold out almost immediately (especially for the earlier seating), so jump on it right when they go live at 10 a.m.
