2013_four_seasons_picasso123.jpgAfter 55 years of hanging in the lobby of the Four Seasons, Picasso's "Le Tricorne" tapestry came down in the early hours of Sunday morning. The piece was at the center of a battle between conservationists and building owner Aby Rosen, who now claims the piece isn't a true Picasso. Either way, the restaurant may not be long for this world. Its lease is up in 2016 and the space is slated for renovation and a major rent hike. [NYT, NYP]
