Michelin Madness continues apace. Following announcements from three-star chefs Thomas Keller at Per Se and Eric Ripert at Le Bernardin, chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten tweets that his namesake restaurant has maintained a three star rating for a tenth year. Expect more tweets from other Michelin star-rated chefs in the next few hours, with the full announcement hitting the web around 3/3:30 p.m.
