Marta can add Paulie Giannone (the man behind Greenpoint's Paulie Gee's) to its long list of admirers. Giannone stopped by recently to try out the thin Roman-style crusts and to hang with fellow pizzaiolo Nick Anderer. Here's what he had to say:
