Cosme, the hugely anticipated Flatiron restaurant from Mexican chef Enrique Olvera is closing in fast now on an opening date. Reservations are now live online, with tables available starting October 28. But there are whispers that the tacos may come sooner than that. As of Eater's last check, the restaurant was only waiting to get the gas turned on, and plans to start hosting events as early as this week. Stay tuned for more updates very soon.
