Veritas Alum Sam Hazen Goes Corporate for BR Guest

Chef Sam Hazen who once helmed the kitchen at the three star Veritas has found a new home only a few weeks after he ditched The Back Room at One57 before it even opened. Hazen will now work as the culinary director for BRGuest's seafood restaurants, reports Flo Fab. That roster includes Atlantic Grill, Ocean Grill, and Blue Fin, which is currently shrinking to make room for a Dos Caminos.
