Gobo is no longer serving its "food for the five senses" at its longtime West Village home, and a sign in the window lists the restaurant for lease. The vegetarian restaurant closed its other location, on the Upper East Side, earlier this summer offering a note on its website that explained: "Unfortunately, we had to close this location due to the lease expiring....We hope you visit our other location." So far, the team's supplied no explanation for this closure.
