Huertas Chef Jonah Miller Is the Subject of a New Book About Restaurant Culture

Jonah Miller of East Village newcomer Huertas will be the main subject of a book by Karin Stabiner, who co-authored Family Table, the book about family meals at Danny Meyer's restaurants. The book, called Generation Chef, will profile Miller (a Maialino vet) throughout the opening and first year of his hit pinxtos bar and restaurant, and, according to the Publisher's Marketplace release, explore the "evolution of today's hyper-competitive food world."
