Luke's Lobster (237 5th Avenue) took a bit longer to open than expected to open its Park Slope location — what with the opening of a big new location in Midtown and all — but the lobster spot is finally opening its doors and its backyard this Friday at noon. The menu includes the team's popular lobster rolls and New England clam chowder, plus for dessert there's salted caramel apple and classic blueberry pies from Four and Twenty Blackbirds just down the slope. The location is also the first to carry brews on tap, so expect several beers from Maine, plus a local one or two. Once the team gets settled in the restaurant also plans to offer delivery, and to host a community supported fishery program with Village Fishmonger.
