The saga at the ill-fated Preserve 24 continues. Earlier in the summer it looked like the owners had sold the business to Anthony Rudolf, former director of New York operations at Per Se and that landlord Serge Hoyda was suing both parties for an illegal sale of the place. Now, Bowery Boogie reports that Rudolf is no longer under fire. He was brought on to help with the cleanup from Preserve 24 and became interested in the space but things never went further than that. As for the Preserve 24 owners, Hoyda has successfully evicted them and posted the court papers in the bar's windows.
