Chad Robertson's hit San Francisco bakery Tartine is already expanding to Tokyo, and down the line, Robertson hopes to bring it to other cities as well, including New York. But until he finds the right person to lead that effort, it's still only a distant dream: "My wife's from New York, and I'm there a lot, but I don't have that New York person yet.
