After three years in business, Marc Murphy closed the Upper West Side location of his Upper West Side fish shack, Ditch Plains today. The Landmarc chef tells Eater: "While our plan has always been to go the distance, unfortunately the rent at this location is no longer sustainable for us. We follow in the footsteps of several tenants in the building who have also had to close their doors." The original West Village location of Ditch Plains is still up and running as usual.
