Park Slope's beloved Tea Lounge, which doubles as a home office for many of its neighbors, is on the market. The listing comes shortly after a push towards franchising by the owners, which brought a location to Kuwait. Another location has been slated for Williamsburg for a while now, but there haven't been any updates of late.
