NOLA restaurant Cochon's late night pop-up at Momofuku Ssam Bar sold out immediately (as expected). For those lucky enough to snag a ticket for the late night seatings on October 7 and 8, expect some of Cochon's favorites including a boucherie plate, boudin, cracklings, and mirlitons, reports The Times-Picayune.
