Nick Morgenstern's revamp of Goat Town, which henceforth will be known as GG's, is opening its door sometime this week. Expect a more informal atmosphere along with a menu of baked pastas like pea stuffed agnolotti with sorel and crispy lamb, and pizzas made by chef co-owner Bobby Hellen. "Bobby has an interesting way with that oven," Morgenstern says. "He'll make a pizza product that you won't see [elsewhere]." [FitR]
