Moon Festival at Fung Tu, Long Island Beer Garden, More

What: Head to Fung Tu to celebrate the moon festival which is putting out mooncakes, the traditional festival fare, which have been revamped with a chestnut, cherry and lemon zest filling. Also on offer is a Harvest Moon Cocktail, made with osmanthus-infused vodka, Cocchi Americano, vermouth, and orange bitters. The cakes cost $5 a piece and the drink will run you $12.

When: Today and Tomorrow
Where: LIC Flea & Food
What:LIC Flea & Food is opening a beer garden on the Long Island waterfront this weekend. All of the beer will be locally sourced from breweries like SingleCut Beersmiths, Queens Brewery, Finback Brewery, and Rockaway Brewing Company.

When: Today and Tomorrow
Where:Various Locations
What: Get your Nordic on at the the North Food Festival. Budin will offer that $10 latte for $5 for the duration. Speakers inlcude Fredrik Berselius of Aska Oceana's Ben Pollinger and Garret Oliver, the brewmaster of Brooklyn Brewery. The event's website has the full schedule of events and tickets.

When: Tomorrow, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Where:East River State Park
What: Head to Williamsburg to try barbecue cooked by chefs Lee Tiernan, Danny Bowien, Inaki Aizpitarte, Jamie Bissonnette, among others. Tickets cost $40 and include a taste of everything.

When: Tomorrow, 4 p.m.
Where: Kings County Saloon
What: Kings County Saloon in Bushwick is celebrating the end of summer by hosting a lobster bake. $30 will buy you a whole lobster with sides and a dessert. Add $20 for unlimited beer and well drinks. Tickets can be purchased online.
