Parm's Game Day Package; Doughnut Plant Concrete

NOLITA — Starting this weekend, Parm will offer a game day package, which includes two dozen buffalo wings, baked ziti for six and a giant sub sandwich of your choice. The $99 package is available on Saturdays and Sundays throughout football season and can be ordered via Seamless, Postmates, and by emailing party@parmnyc.com. [Eaterwire]

SHACK ATTACK — Shake Shack is pairing up with the Doughnut Plant and designer Staple for a limited edition concrete that blends chunks of black sesame seed glazed cake doughnuts with custard and raspberry jam. The special will run through September 21 and is available at eight locations around the city. [Gothamist]

WEST VILLAGE — Otto's Tacos is adding a new location on 7th Avenue and 10th Street. The fresh tortillas will still be pressed in house and the taco menu will be the same as the East Village original, plus a few periodic specials. [Gothamist]

PHILLY — Mark Ladner is heading down to Philly next month to give his newest project Pasta Flyer a whirl. On October 2 he will collaborate with Torrisi alum Eli Kulp at Fork for a gluten free dinner. The next day, Pasta Flyer will pop-up at Drexel University's campus. The truck looks like it is also headed to NYU, sometime soon. [~EPHI~]
