A few days ahead of the opening, Daniel Boulud explains to Eater D.C. why he's opening a DBGB Kitchen + Bar in the capital and not Daniel. "I really enjoy DBGB as a restaurant...for me, this is [our] fun place. We want to be a place you can come in once week, just grab a bite if you're passing by.
