Eugene & Co., Bed-Vyne Cocktails, and More Coming

1) Bed Stuy: A new American restaurant called Eugene & Co. is coming to the old CasaBAN space, reports Brownstoner. An unnamed chef who worked at Le Bernardin and Mary's Fish Camp is putting together a menu that includes charcuterie and cheese from Murray's. Owner Tara Oxley works as the design director of BR Guest Hospitality. [Brownstoner]

2) Bed Stuy: The trio of owners behind Bed-Vyne Wine and Bed-Vyne Brew is planning Bed-Vyne Cocktails in the old Macs Landing space, reports Brownstoner. The team, which is aiming for an October opening, will offer snacks from Royal Rib house next door. [Brownstoner]

3) Midtown East: Fast casual Greek eatery GRK is getting close to opening at 451 Lexington Avenue with its grilled meats, three tzatzikis, and a frozen/fresh Greek yogurt bar with sweet and savory topping options, reports Midtown Lunch. [Midtown Lunch]

4) Upper East Side: The Martignetti brothers, who operate Brinkley's and the East Pole recently inked a deal for a space at the corner of 81street and Third Avenue, reports the Journal. The still nameless restaurant will serve pizza and pasta, plus some veggie options. [WSJ]

5) Crown Heights: Little Zelda owner Michael de Zayas is planning to open another cafe called Two Saints in October. "It's going to be an all-day place...Where you can have the same selection of coffee and sandwiches as at Little Zelda, and a full bar at night," he tells Brooklyn Magazine. [Brooklyn Magazine]

6) Midtown: Turkish bagel chain Simit Sarayi is close to opening what looks like a very large outpost on 5th Avenue around 38th Street, reports Midtown Lunch. The chain has dozens of locations in Turkey and a number abroad, but this will be the first in the United States. [Midtown Lunch]

7) Downtown Brooklyn: Korean chain Paris Baguette is planning an outpost on the corner of Court and Schermerhorn Streets, shares Brownstoner. The location will be the chain's first in Brooklyn. Other locations in the city carry sandwiches, coffee, and a wide variety of sweets. [Brownstoner]
