On Monday night Pok Pok Phat Thai shut its doors and started packing up its rice steamers for its move to Brooklyn, reports Bowery Boogie. As planned, it will relocate to 127 Columbia Street, aka the old Pok Pok Ny space, which is considerably bigger than the hole in the wall where first Pok Pok Wings and then Phat Thai operated for the past couple of years. The move puts all of Ricker's New York restaurants in a nice little row, albeit on a far flung edge of Brooklyn. No word yet on whether the menu will expand now that the team has a full kitchen at its disposal, but stay tuned for more details.
