Former PKNY and Golden Cadillac barman Giuseppe Gonzalez is working on a new bar called Suffolk Arms at Houston and Suffolk, which will supposedly have an "English pub exterior" and a "New York feel inside," reports Bowery Boogie. The spot was slated for a September open but hasn't even gone before the Community Board yet. [BB]
