Superiority Burger, the hit veggie burger project from Del Posto pastry chef Brooks Headley, is happening again this Sunday, this time at The Cannibal. Headley reveals more details on the tentative menu, which includes a "vegan hippy wrap" with seared tofu, cabbage, broccoli, brown rice, and hozon-soom mayo in a whole wheat wrap. There's also a green tomato salad and for dessert a creamsicle inspired by former Babbo pastry chef Gina DePalma, made with plums, labne, and bay leaves. And, of course, there will be veggie burgers.
