One man is committed to the life-saving-ultra-essential task of improving a classic New York breakfast: "I will save the adequate-but-underachieving NYC egg sandwich by delivering instructional leaflets to all Midtown egg-sandwich makers," proclaims Joseph Checkler on his project's Kickstarter page. He's seeking just $310 "for printing and mailing costs, as well as for my time researching every corner of Midtown Manhattan to find out who needs this breakfast-saving leaflet," and he's already surpassed his goal.
