Grilled cheese mini-chain Melt Shop is taking its sandwiches south this fall. The team will open its first D.C. branch in November, with a menu that's similar to the one served up here. Co-owner Spencer Rubin tells Eater he's "always loved the idea of heading south with the brand, and D.C. is the best next stop." [~EDC~]
