2013_owen_clark_the_st._austere_%2123.jpgOwen Clark, a veteran of New York city kitchens like Blue Hill, wd-50, A Voce, and Gwynnett St. is now in Nashville working as the chef de cuisine at Rolf and Daughters. Clark left Gwynnett St. in December after owner Carl McCoy was arrested in an alleged drug bust. Since then, Clark has cooked at Contra periodically but hasn't found a new home. [~Eater Nashville~]
