Dirty French, the Torrisi boys' hugely-anticipated venture into the French cuisine isn't opening to the public until September 4, but partner Jeff Zalaznick tells Eater that the team is taking reservations right now. Tables can be booked by calling 212-254-3000. So far we know that there will be tableside oyster service and côte de boeuf, but check back soon for a full menu and lots of photos.
