Ardesia Team to Open The Camlin in Williamsburg

Last week brought the early word that the team behind the hit Hell's Kitchen wine bar Ardesia is planning a new spot in Williamsburg. Now Eater learns some details on what Mandy Oser and Amorette Casaus have planned for their new spot. It's a wine bar called The Camlin, and is slated to open in September. The menu includes small plates like those found at Ardesia (think oysters and charcuterie), plus some larger, shared plates from Casaus. Classic cocktails will also be an option.
