2) Tribeca: Rumors have been circulating about Anejo Tequierlia, Angelo Sosa's Mexican restaurant, opening a Tribeca location. Signage puts truth behind the rumors. Word on the street is that it will open later this month. [PLYWOOD]
3) Cobble Hill: Construction is just getting underway at 140 Atlantic Avenue for new place called Pair Wine and Cheese. The spot will serve an array of cheeses, meats and wines, with an emphasis, of course, on pairing. There will also be a garden in the back. [PLYWOOD]

4) Chelsea: Fast casual sushi restaurant Uma Temakeria is getting ready to open on 7th Avenue near 14th Street. According to a Craigslist posting, the restaurant is inspired by Brazilian temakerias. The ad says employees will work alongside a Michelin starred New York chef, no word on who that chef might be. [PLYWOOD]
