New Yorkers who aren't into sunshine can move their picnics inside from August 18-22. The five day "Life's a Picnic in Grand Central" will fill Vanderbilt Hall with astroturf and picnic tables. Diners can BYO picnic or purchase food from Terminal vendors like Cafe Spice and Murray's Cheese. Several Broadway musicals and the Big Apple Circus will perform during lunch. [Gothamist]
