Barbecue maestro Hugh Mangum's West Village branch of Mighty Quinn's opened last week. The meaty menu of smoked brisket, pulled pork, sausage, and ribs is the same as the other locations. Beer, and for the first time, wine, is also on the menu. The space works the same as the original East Village location: come up to the counter, place an order, jockey for a chair or stool and eat. Across the river, Mighty Quinn's first Brooklyn location will open at Berg'n later this month.
