jhc.jpgDonald Finley, who owns the notorious theme restaurant Jekyll & Hyde, is currently being sued by the restaurant's landlord for $2M, over unpaid rent. The restaurant, which moved to its Times Square location in 2011, apparently began falling behind in payments almost immediately, and just recently filed for bankruptcy. As of now, however, it is still open. [TRD]
