Having mostly impressed the critics with his cooking — and the fact that he actually is cooking — at Gato, Bobby Flay is now planning a menu revamp for Bar Americain. No word yet on what new dishes the celeb chef has in store for Midtown, but the Daily News reports the menu will launch in the fall. [NYDN]
