Her first effort is a tortelli di mais ($22), a corn filled pasta topped with guanciale, and tomatoes. The dish is reportedly selling like hot (corn) cakes. Pelletier is leading the kitchen at Osteria Morini following the departure of chef Asi Maman. [EaterWire]
