Esoteric Noodle Dessert Available at Kajitsu for a Few Days

New, 1 comment

Virtually unknown outside of Japan, kuzukiri, a dessert made from kudzu noodles served alongside black sugar syrup will be available at Kajitsu from today through Wednesday July 30. The rare dessert makes its way to the US from, Kagizen, a centuries old sweet shop in Kyoto, which is one of the only places it is regularly produced. You can try it these next few days between 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Just don't forget that Kajitsu is closed on Monday.
