The troubled West Village IHOP outpost has closed its doors and posted an "officially closed" sign in its window, according to a tipster. The phone number has been disconnected and the address no longer appears on the IHOP national website. The shutter comes as no surprise; the location has struggled pretty much since it signed its 49-year lease just over two years ago, filing and then un-filing for bankruptcy on one day in March.
