Roberta's has produced another video and this one's all about wine. Wine director Amanda Smeltz explains the philosophy behind the beverage programs at Roberta's and Blanca. She travels to Seneca Lake to exploring handmade, small-production wines that she favors for the list. There is also some discussion of wine from a service perspective with Smeltz advocating a less intimidating, more fun approach and putting trust into a well-educated, caring staff.
