For the next two weeks, the Nomad Bar will serve the famed eponymous salad of Seattle's Canlis. The salad is a simple one, made with romaine tossed with bacon, tomatoes, Romano cheese, croutons, and a lemon herb dressing, and it's on the menu because Brian Canlis has been helping out with the restaurant's opening, while on sabbatical from his family's restaurant.
