1) Midtown East: The short-lived massive nightclub/restaurant B & Co, just off of 5th Avenue, has said it is on vacation, but according to the Daily News, restaurateur Nello Balan is in talks with the lease holder about opening a restaurant in the space.

2) Tribeca: Dive spot Cody's Bar & Grill has closed. Previously the space was where "SNL superstars Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi ran their unlicensed blues bar that may have served as inspiration for Aykroyd's House of Blues chain," according to Gothamist.

3) Soho: Former date spot Clos Wine Bar on Kenmare, which opened in 2013, shuttered in the past few weeks. The windows are covered in newspaper and the phone is no longer in service, says Bowery Boogie.

4) East Village: Birdbath Bakery on 3rd Avenue has temporarily stopped service. EV Grieve reports that the space has been dark for the past several days and the address no longer appears it's parent City Bakery's website. A representative for City Bakery, however, says the shutter is only temporary but has no word on when the space will reopen.
