Due to popular demand, the prime rib at The Palm is now offered six days a week, chef Leland Clark tells Eater. The dish used to be available only on Fridays and Saturdays, but now diners can get it Monday through Saturday. The chef recommends calling ahead to reserve the cut, as it often sells out.
