liberato.jpgA local labor union recently invaded Liberato in the Bronx armed with drums, trombones, clarinets and other instruments, in order to protest the owner's alleged unfair labor practices. That owner is now suing the union for "playing deafening, off-key, and disruptive noise" in his restaurant, and says their claims that he's been stealing tips and harassing female employees are entirely untrue.
