Here's a look around the massive seventh location of Luke's Lobster, which opens in Midtown for lunch today. The restaurant has entrances on both 43rd and 44th streets, and is set back in a small park on the 44th Street side, which includes a few small trees, a waterfall, and tables and chairs for al fresco dining. Inside, the space is clean but rustic, with cement floors, nautical themed accents, and at least twice as much seating as any other Luke's Lobster. The menu has all of Luke's classics like the Maine-style lobster, crab and shrimp rolls, along with slaw and blueberry crumble bars. A daily happy hour from 4-7 p.m. will offer half off Maine microbrews, and a small snack menu that the team is testing out. Keep in mind, that for the moment, Luke's is only accessible from the 44th street entrance.
