Asi Maman has stepped down as chef de cuisine at Osteria Morini to take "personal time off". Maman, a five year veteran of the Altamarea Group, opened Osteria Morini four years ago as executive sous chef, ascending to chef de cuisine in January 2013. Maman will not be directly replaced, but a representative tells Eater that current sous chef Heather Pelletier will "lead the kitchen under executive chef Bill Dorrler, who manages all Osteria Morini kitchens."
