Tickets are now on sale for the Publican's one night only pop-up at Momofuku Ssäm Bar next month, and the Momofuku team has reviewed a few more details about what that dinner will entail. Cosmo Goss, the chef de cuisine at the acclaimed Chicago restaurant, will serve a multi-course meal with beverage pairings for $115. There are two seatings on August 5, and because this is part of Momofuku's ongoing Late Night Dinner Series, those seatings are late: the first is at 11 p.m., the second is at 1 a.m.. No word yet on the exact menu, but The Publican serves a lot of pork and a lot of seafood, ranging from country ham and oysters to suckling pig and clam tagliatelle.
