The team behind Little Muenster launched Little Nica, a Nicaraguan street food pop-up, at its takeout spot in DUMBO today. Instead of grilled cheese, this new variation specializes in quesillos: "handmade corn tortillas, semi-soft cow's milk cheese, pickled onions and crema rolled into a cone, meant to be eaten with one hand." Add ons include slow roasted pork, mashed avocado, and braised tongue. The pop-up will run through September at 145 Front Street. [EaterWire]
