Steve Cuozzo, visits Fornino in Brooklyn Bridge Park and The Pavilion in Union Square, both of which opened this year. His review barely touches on the food: "I don't go to a place like this for fussy preparation. Just give me the park!." And for that, he recommends Fornino: "While Fornino instantly achieves al fresco heaven, The Pavilion seems to think it's in the dangerous park of 30 years ago and needs to shield customers from the creepy goings-on around it."
