The new Midtown East location of Chipotle-like Tex-Mex restaurant Tres Carnes is now open at 954 Third Avenue, between 57th and 58th streets. Midtown Lunch notes that the restaurant had lines out the door last week, and management was enforcing a three-order-per-person limit. [ML]
