NOHO — Starting Tuesday, Bar Primi will be open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays. The new many includes many of the same pastas offered at dinner, including rigatoni with eggplant and orecchiette with sausage, chickpeas, and broccolie rabe. THE SHUTTER — The original SushiSamba in Gramercy will close at the end of the month. Grub Street reports that the 15 year-old restaurant is serving a "throwback menu" until the end of the month, and on Wednesdays will offer a 25 percent discount on bottles of wine and sake. The West Village outpost of the Peruvian/Brazilian/Japanese fusion restaurant is still open, as are it's many international offshoots. [GS]
