Fabergé, the Russian jewelry company known for its ornate eggs, is suing a Brooklyn restaurant that goes by the same name for "shameless" use of its trademarked image. Besides the stolen name, the luxe-looking banquet hall in Sheepshead Bay has a facade covered by a purple quilted pattern that looks exactly like the outside of some Fabergé stores, and Fabergé's lawyers also claim that certain menu items make allusions to the company's history.
