Chef Deuki Hong to Cook Korean Feast at Seersucker

Seersucker continues its guest chef series on Monday night with Deuki Hong, an up-and-comer who has worked for David Chang, Aaron Sanchez, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Hong is currently planning his own New York restaurant (exact location TBA), and he's working on a book with Matt Rodbard called Koreatown, USA. Hong and Seersucker's chef/owner Robert Newton will serve a four-course meal for $50 that will include a Korean-style crab boil, a rice and barley salad, and bossam with all the fixins.

In the past, Seersucker has hosted similar dinners with Vivian Howard, Jason Alley, and Ashley Christensen. These are generally pretty low-key affairs. Reservations can be made on Seersucker's OpenTable page. Here's the menu:
